Designed to accommodate larger fish fillets or other food items, the Kilwell Magnum 23 litre Smoker is 50% larger by cooking area than the Original Kilwell Smoker.
Like all Kilwell Smokers the Magnum is manufactured in New Zealand from a heavy gauge stainless steel to minimise warping and the lip on the lid features an extra long overhang to enhance smoke holding ability.
The Magnum 23 litre cooker is supplied with two meths burner dishes, finely sieved kiln dried Manuka sawdust and a plated steel wire rack.
