The Nighthawk Kite is ideally suited to light wind areas such as the Bay of Plenty or just whenever a little extra power is required.
Twenty percent larger than the Super Kite, the Nighthawk will fish winds of 5 to 40 knots and can be tacked up to 60 degrees off the wind.
Designed for 65kg to 100kg kite fishing rigs, the Nighthawk wingspan is 2.1 metres.
This kite incorporates a carbon fibre centre rod, dynamically balanced fibreglass wing spars and top quality sail cloth.
The stability of this delta fishing kite in fresh to strong winds makes it an ideal kite for KAP (kite aerial photography) in winds above 20 knots.
